Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot and better serve all of our clients.
Late Cancellations & No Shows
Please note that this policy will be strictly enforced. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the requirement of a deposit or prepayment to secure future bookings.
Why This Matters
When an appointment is missed or cancelled without adequate notice, it not only impacts the stylist's schedule and income but also takes away an opportunity for another client to book that time. Respecting this policy helps us respect your time, our time, and the time of fellow clients.
